Established in 1955, Overseas Management Company (OMC) is a privately held service organization, which specializes in worldwide company formation and offers a comprehensive range of related services in the major jurisdictions of Anguilla, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Jersey, Mauritius, Panama, Singapore, and Samoa.
